Attached is the Notice of Project Change (NPC) for the Science and Engineering Complex project which is part of Harvard University’s Campus in Allston.  This NPC is being submitted to complete the review of the Science and Engineering Complex project under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA).  The NPC builds on the Notice of Project Change/Institutional Master Plan Amendment for the Science and Engineering Complex project which was approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Boston Zoning Commission earlier this year.
