Harvard Human Resources (HHR) is responsible for setting the University’s overall human resources strategy and direction. HHR's programs and services include human resources strategy and policy; design and delivery of total compensation programs (pay, benefits, work/life supports, and disability resources); labor and employee relations and collective bargaining; talent management and employee and organizational development; HR analytics; and employee engagement and recognition.
