A healthy employee makes a healthy community, and a healthy Harvard makes a difference. True sustainability is not simply about the environment; it is also about wellbeing. At Harvard, through the umbrella of the Your Life Well Lived initiative, we are combining the efforts of Human Resources, the Office for Work/Life, the Center for Wellness, the Office for Sustainability and the rich academic tradition in this space to improve the wellbeing of our community.
