Jennifer Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer at the Harvard Allston Land Company. She provides strategic leadership across the organization’s mission, operations, and partnerships, overseeing the implementation of Harvard’s vision for the Enterprise Research Campus and Beacon Park Yard and ensuring the long-term financial and operational sustainability of these landmark projects.

Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Real Estate Development at MassDevelopment, partnering with municipalities and private developers to revitalize former state-owned properties. Earlier in her career, she managed the redevelopment of city-owned assets for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, negotiating long-term, multiphase projects from concept through closing. Her private-sector experience includes loan origination at Walker & Dunlop and distressed debt and REO disposition at CW Financial Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Barnard College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
